Refunds
We have a 72-hour return policy, meaning you can request a return within 72 hours of receiving your item. This only applies to in-stock dresses or accessories! We do not refund pre-orders or custom-made dresses.
These are handmade especially for you, so we ask that you consider your order carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and return instructions. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can resolve the issue. Certain items are non-returnable, including swimwear, sale items, personalized products (e.g., pre-orders or custom-made clothing), and toiletries (e.g., earrings). Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. The fastest way to receive an exchange is to return the item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order or contact us directly. If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without giving any reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
